My session focus on gentle movements, tailored to the specific abilities and limitations that naturally come with age. Through mindful breathing exercises, seated and standing postures, and gentle stretches, I will help you improve mobility, relieve joint stiffness, and enhance overall well-being. I provide 60 minutes of individual attention, adapting poses to accommodate any limitations, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
