You already know I’m a yoga teacher for women who want to feel better in their bodies and calmer in their minds, but let me tell you a little more. Here are some fun facts about me:

I am pretty sure coffee runs through my veins.
The beach is my happy place.
Why do I teach yoga? Because I believe mid-life and senior women deserve to feel better. Between perimenopause, menopause, caring for children or elderly parents, work, and navigating relationships, women tend to put themselves last. It’s time to take care of yourself so you can better care for others!
