Yoga Helps At-Risk Girls Cope with Trauma, Georgetown Law Report Finds

My son is a rising sophomore at Georgetown University.  The school's monthly newsletter highlighted a recent yoga study conducted by Georgetown Law’s Center on Poverty and Inequality  Makes my heart happy to know that trauma-informed yoga instructors can bring a sense of peace and healthier self-esteem to these girls.
