Through gentle movement, calming breathing exercises, and guided meditations, my personalized 1:1 yoga sessions (at your home or online) can help you feel better. Sometimes pain can’t be completely eliminated: in those cases, my sessions can help you build greater resilience to your pain.

I work with older adults, people who’ve had joint replacements, arthritis, and osteoporosis, as well as people currently living with cancer or who are cancer survivors.
