Private Yoga to Help You Feel Better

“You can’t fill from an empty cup.”

You are most likely caring for someone else in some way — as a parent, adult child of aging parents, spouse, co-worker, or friend.

If you don’t take care of yourself, it is almost impossible to properly care for someone else.

I can help.

Does one of the below describe you?

~You’re retired and remain active by walking, hiking, pickleball, swimming, etc. But you often feel tight after exercising or strength training. You want to continue to play on the ground with your grandchildren, as well as not worry about falling over a tree branch during a hike.

~You’re recovering from or anticipating a joint replacement. Your doctor would like you to keep moving mindfully as much as possible to help with healing — or to help ensure a quicker recovery time after surgery.

~You know it is important to manage stress in your life but have no idea how. Meditation? Breath work? How in the world can a regular person do these easily?

I am passionate about yoga, strength work, and de-stressing. I am passionate about helping 55+ face aging head-on and enjoy doing so.

Jennie is a great teacher! I am often amazed at the new and interesting poses she has to share and how she personalizes and customizes her classes for her students...something for everyone. She is genuinely interested in each student, remembers things about them and their families and shares her passion and understanding of yoga in ways that will truly help people and meet them where their bodies and capabilities are. My life and yoga practice are all better because of Jennie and her wonderful yoga classes.
